A steel grade of Japanese steel (JIS standard series), which represents cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and strip for stamping, which is equivalent to China 08Al (13237) high-quality carbon structural steel. Main purpose of SPCD: stamping and drawing purpose, which is between SPCC and spce. SPCC can be used for stamping that does not involve drawing, and spce can be used for deep drawing. In between, you can use SPCD.
Surface classification:
A small number of defects that do not affect the formability and coating and plating adhesion, such as slight scratch, indentation, pitting, roller print and oxidation color, are allowed on the surface of higher finishing surface FB.
Advanced finishing surface: the better one of the two sides of FC products shall have no obvious defects visible to the naked eye, and the other side shall at least meet the requirements of FB.
The better side of the two sides of FD products with ultra-high finishing surface shall not have defects affecting the appearance quality after painting or electroplating, and the other side shall at least meet the requirements of FB.
