A machine that performs a series of processing operations such as uncoiling, leveling and shearing on metal plates. When steel plate comes out of steel plant, it is rolled. Flattening is to turn rolled steel plate into flat plate. Flattening can be understood as "uncoiling and leveling". It is commonly known as "open plate" that the rolled steel strip is uncoiled, leveled, and then cut to a specified length.
