SPCC was originally the steel name of "cold rolled carbon steel sheet and strip for general use" in Japanese standard (JIS), which is directly used by many countries or enterprises to represent similar steel products produced by themselves (for example, there is SPCC in Baosteel Q / bqb402 standard).
Application of SPCC material: SPCC steel is used as punch material. It is used directly without tempering after quenching. The hardness is 36 ~ 40HRC. Every ten punches can punch more than 2000 bolts, and the failure form is plastic deformation, which solves the phenomenon of fragmentation of punches in use and ensures the personal safety of operators.
SPCC material type: Japanese cold rolled carbon steel sheet applicable grades: SPCC, SPCD, spce symbols: S-STEEL, P-plate, c-cold rolling, the fourth c-common, d-draw and e-elongation.
