The difference between P22 round steel and hardened P22 round steel
1, refers to a high alloy composite wear-resistant layer welded by a common P22 round steel, which is composite substrate and substrate carried by wear resistance, weldability and deformability. The hardness of anti-wear layer is generally between hrc52-64.
2. Hardened P22 round steel refers to the low-alloy or low-alloy heat treatment of hardened P22 round steel. Hardened P22 round steel during rolling is also called quenched P22 round steel. The hardness is generally hb350-500. Second, the mechanism of wear and abrasion wear-resistant layer is composed of high P22 round steel alloy, and the metallographic structure has a large number of high hardness alloy carbides (about hv1600) embedded in the matrix from the wear-resistant primary carbides. The actual micro hardness is much higher than the macro hardness measurement of the wear-resistant layer. Cemented carbide is reinforced in the same way as it is. The metallographic structure of the overall improved hardness of the hardened P22 round steel with the overall quenching hardening martensitic system, and basically the same macro hardness and microhardness. Familiar with two kinds of materials: carbide and T10, T12, even if the macro hardness of hard alloy steel after quenching and basically the same, much higher than the wear resistance of hard alloy steel T12, the reason is that there are a lot of hard alloy carbide. Thirdly, the heat resistance of P22 round steel hardened above 250 ℃ gradually loses its hardness, and the wear resistance is greatly reduced. The hardness of the welding seam will also decrease; The alloy composition with high wear resistance of P22 round steel layer usually works below 650 ℃ under certain temperature and secondary hardening effect. Fourth, this method can use the mechanical properties of hardened P22 round steel stamping method, without piercing mechanical P22 round steel.
